I unashamedly voted no, as far as I was concerned the Man U game was the last match ever to be played at Upton Park and the hallowed turf is sacrosanct never to be played on again and when i bid for my sod of earth to place in my back garden I want to dream that Payet was the last player to set foot on it, not some bint from Grays.

The last competitive game will always be remembered as West Ham 3-2 Man Utd regardless of whether this goes ahead and what happens if it does.

I think it is because all the other games haven't been billed as the last game at the Boleyn like Jack Sullivan personally has been billing the ladies one.
That's what has got people annoyed.

I'm playing in that charity game v the whu legends on the 27th. I was there Tuesday night, it makes no odds to me when the last game is.
There are a lot of pitch hire events going on throughout May and so what if the girls have a game there too.
Can't see what all the fuss is about really.

You have to be sad in the extreme if you have a problem with this game as if it somehow sullys the memory of our last match there.
I won't be going back, but if others do or if others want to pop back one last time then so what, if it raises money for the ladies team then great.
